A special neighborhood from the inside out

Rooftops have appeared at Brightwalk and lots of them!  A critical mass of homes means lots of new neighbors, which means retail to follow.  And that makes the future extra bright for all who live and work along the Statesville Avenue Innovation Corridor.

The goal is to have a neighborhood full of people with the amenities, services and conveniences they need. This is falling into place as Brightwalk comes to life with friends, families and all the bright spots that are part of the masterplan: parks, walkways, fountains, bridges, shady spots, pet paths and more.

Meantime, plenty of great retail variety already exists close to Brightwalk.  Think Target, Trader Joe’s and West Elm at Midtown as well as the Uptown Harris Teeter grocer and several hugely popular Farmer’s Markets.

With our partners, we are focusing efforts on bringing vibrant retail, office, and other public and civic uses to the greater North End. With the support of the Center City Partners and the City, along with numerous landowners and community leaders, a cohesive and thoughtful plan is taking shape. See area map for details.

Come visit and experience the vision.  Brightwalk is designed to sparkle, even in daylight.
