Time to hit the road

The weather is perfect for outdoor activity and if you can avoid the pollen, it’s time to hit the road on your bike. What are your choices in Charlotte? Well, a few we’ll mention. First, there’s the “Booty Loop” around Myers Park. Biking, running or walking, it does your booty good. Want to get to be one with nature, head to the US White Water Center  with their challenging mountain biking trails.

There’s also a family favorite, the “Urban Assault.” It’s our “in-town” bike paths from NoDa to Uptown—and it’s about to get a little more exciting when the Little Sugar Creek Greenway officially opens in just a few weeks. Ride all the way to Park Road Shopping Center  from Elizabeth. Add to that list: The bike lane and Greenway they’re adding in, around and through Brightwalk. Two major parks in Brightwalk will be tied to the Carolina Thread Trail  and Irwin Creek Greenway. The Booty Loop, White Water Center and Greenways, are all close to Brightwalk.
