Vegan Cooking Class (Yum!)

Hands-on cooking class from Chef Alyssa’s Kitchen focusing on local, healthy, and sustainable cooking at Atherton Mills from 6:30-9 on Wednesday Oct. 16. The vegan diet is plant-based, wholesome foods made completely animal-free. So, without using meat as well as dairy and eggs. Learning to balance and compose a plant-based meal is a wonderful step to eating healthy and sustainable, even if you are not a vegan. So, whether you eat vegan and would like to learn some new recipes, or simply want to explore how delicious plant based food is, these dishes are delicious and pack a punch!
